Take five minutes each morning to figure out what should I do today
Think every hour
Pause each hour and take one minute to think: Am I doing what I'm supposed to do?
Summary every night
At the end of the day, spend three minutes summarizing today's time in the right place and thinking about how you can improve it
To form a habit
At first, it's hard to do it every day, but you can use a similar memo to remind yourself to do it until it becomes a habit
